Since launching FLEXWORK in May 2020, we continue to listen and learn from our people. Through the pandemic, our employees have not missed a beat and have shown incredible resilience, rallying to support our customers, our communities and each other. FLEXWORK was inspired by our employees, focused on well-being and employee choice to empower each and everyone to make personalized choices around their own learning, benefits and even work location.
Social impact has continued to be a core focus. We have come together to deliver funds and volunteer to help communities throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, address social injustice and invest in thousands of critical causes. We also scaled our cybersecurity education programs, like Cyber A.C.E.S., to help prepare the next generation of cyber experts.
We established a set of clear climate commitments: reduce carbon emissions and energy use; utilize renewable energy; advocate for environmental sustainability across our value chain; achieve our goal to be carbon neutral by 2030.
