Idira Identity Mobile Application Supplemental Terms
Your use of the Idira Identity mobile application (the "App") is governed by the Palo Alto Networks End User License Agreement ("EULA"), subject to the following:
- The App is a workplace tool provided by your employer or the entity that has authorized your access ("Employer"), which has entered into the applicable agreement with Palo Alto Networks and is responsible for your access to and use of the App; by installing or using the App, you agree to comply with them personally;
- Palo Alto Networks may provide your Employer with administrative controls over the App, including the ability to enable, suspend or terminate your access, enforce passcode policies, require re-verification, and delete your account;
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the EULA, Palo Alto Networks' maximum aggregate liability to you personally arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed US$100;
- For U.S.-based users, any dispute arising out of or relating to the App shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, and you and Palo Alto Networks waive any right to participate in a class, consolidated or representative proceeding.
